Improving website experience with CRO

Zyro blog CR improvement

Zyro's blog attracts a lot of traffic. The goal was to improve the conversion rate from blog to Zyro builder. To achieve this goal, I looked at Zyro competitors to determine how website builder information is implemented in the blog environment. Here is how I improved the blog:

− 'Try for free' CTA was added to the header
− Added info about Zyro and CTA to the hero section
− Blog feed was separated with a banner about Zyro
− Added banner about Zyro to the blog post page

A year in Zyro is divided into quarters. Every quarter has its OKRs (Objective Key Results). The latest OKR I was DRI of conversion rate in IN locale. It included tracking and improving organic, non-organic CR, and CR to the builder.

At first, competitors' research showed that the online store building trend has significantly risen in India. For this reason, it was decided to showcase more online stores features on the homepage. Moreover, to improve the overall IN locale conversion rate, I localized images and client reviews and introduced more relevant features to the India market. Also, together with the team, we decided to experiment with Zyro plans' periods because it was noticed that third countries avoid buying a plan for a more extended period such as two years.

Every day work

Working in the CRO team would include various tasks throughout a week. From improving designs of existing tests to providing solutions for occurring problems. For one test, I would make an illustration to add variety to a modal overlook. For another test, I would search for ways to improve pricing or period pages on special occasions.
